All non-defective parts are subject to up to a 40% restocking fee, determined at the discretion of MSSI, LTD, based on the item being returned. All returned products must be 100% complete and returned in the same condition as received. New factory sealed items are not eligible for return or refund if the original packaging has been opened. Once an order is placed and paid, non-defective parts returns or cancellations are subject to our restocking fee, regardless if it has shipped or arrived to you, or any such end user location, or affiliates. Please note that configure-to-order (CTO) Products cannot be cancelled or changed. Refunds will not be provided on CTO or Customer Specific Orders (CSO) goods if you simply change your mind.
Due to Copyright and Licensing Laws, MSSI, LTD is unable to accept returns for software if you simply change your mind or do not use.
MSSI, LTD will replace defective items, if possible, or the purchase price of the defective product will be refunded or credited to Customer’s account. MSSI, LTD must be notified in writing or by phone of all defective items within five (5) business of receipt of the product. All non-defective items must be returned to MSSI, LTD within ten (10) business days of receipt of the product. Customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with returned products, unless otherwise agreed upon by MSSI, LTD. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products returned to MSSI, LTD. Customers shall insure all return products against loss or damage while the product in question is in transit.
***You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MSSI, LTD within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
